Return Policy

PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY.

All customers who have purchased our programs are eligible for a 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you purchased a physical version (also know as DVDs) of any of our programs and you are not satisfied, we ask that you send an email to support@rickolderman.com within 60 days of your purchase. 

You will be required to return your DVD(s) and the DVD cases to this address:

* Returns must include:

 ~ ORDER ID/Receipt
 ~ Full Customer Name
 ~ Full Customer Address where product was received
 ~ Customer Email Address
 ~ Phone Number

If you did not order a physical version of the program and selected a digital version instead, you are also eligible for a refund within 60 days if you are not satisfied. We ask that you send an email to support@rickolderman.com within 60 days of your purchase and the funds will be returned to the card you used for purchase. Please be advised that refund requests require us to revoke access to the digital version of the program.
